Thinking about your first medical spa treatment?

Your consultation is the place to begin.

At Regency Healing MedSpa, every consultation is designed to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about your options. You will meet with a trained medical provider, discuss your goals, review your health history, and receive recommendations based on your needs.

You do not need to know which treatment is right for you before you arrive.

We are here to help you understand your choices.

How Do You Book Your Consultation?

You can schedule an in-person consultation through our website.

The consultation is scheduled for approximately one hour. This allows time for a careful discussion without rushing through your questions or concerns.

During booking, you may be asked to share:

  • Your main area of concern

  • The service you are considering

  • Your preferred appointment time

  • Basic contact information

You may be interested in skin rejuvenation, acne scar treatment, laser hair removal, body contouring, weight management, or another service. That is helpful information, but it is not a requirement.

Not sure where to start?

Book a consultation, and we can help you identify the next step.

What Happens When You Arrive?

When you arrive, our team will welcome you and help you complete any required forms.

Your visit may include:

  • Health and wellness forms

  • Treatment history

  • Medication information

  • Allergy information

  • Skin or body concerns

  • Previous aesthetic procedures

  • Questions about your goals and expectations

Please bring an updated list of medications and supplements. Include prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and skincare products when possible.

You should also mention:

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Recent procedures

  • Active skin conditions

  • Medical conditions

  • Pregnancy or plans for pregnancy

  • Any previous reactions to treatments

This information helps your provider determine which options may be appropriate and which treatments may need to be postponed or avoided.

Will My Skin or Treatment Area Be Evaluated?

Yes.

Your provider will review the area you would like to address. Depending on your goals, this may include an examination of your skin, facial features, hair growth, body contours, or areas of laxity.

The assessment helps your provider understand:

  • Skin tone and texture

  • Pigmentation

  • Acne scarring

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Hair growth patterns

  • Skin laxity

  • Body contour concerns

  • Areas of sensitivity

  • Previous treatment results

You may also discuss photographs or treatment progress tracking. These tools can help you and your provider monitor changes over time.

Your evaluation is personal and private. It is not a test that you need to prepare for.

What Will We Discuss During the Consultation?

Your goals guide the conversation.

You may want to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of acne scars, address unwanted hair, tighten loose skin, or support your weight management goals. You may also have more than one concern.

Your provider may ask:

  • What would you like to change?

  • How long have you noticed the concern?

  • Have you tried other treatments?

  • What results are most important to you?

  • Do you have a preferred timeline?

  • How much downtime is comfortable for you?

  • Are you interested in a gradual or more comprehensive plan?

You can also share what you do not want.

For example, you may prefer:

  • Non-invasive care

  • Little or no downtime

  • A gradual treatment schedule

  • A specific budget

  • A simple skincare routine

  • One concern addressed at a time

There is no single treatment plan for everyone. Your provider will consider your goals, health history, skin or body assessment, and comfort level before making a recommendation.

Which Treatments May Be Discussed?

Regency Healing MedSpa offers a range of non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic services. Your provider will explain which options may fit your needs.

PicoSure Pro

PicoSure Pro uses picosecond laser technology for concerns such as unwanted pigmentation, acne scarring, skin texture, and signs of aging.

For some clients, the treatment may support collagen remodeling and improve the appearance of uneven skin texture over time. Your provider will discuss whether it is appropriate for your skin type and goals.

Potenza

Potenza is a radiofrequency microneedling treatment designed to support collagen and elastin production.

It may be considered for:

  • Acne scars

  • Uneven texture

  • Fine lines

  • Skin laxity

  • Uneven tone

Your provider will review treatment depth, expected downtime, and the number of sessions that may be recommended.

Elite iQ

Elite iQ may be discussed for unwanted hair, pigmentation, vascular concerns, and other laser-based treatments.

Its settings can be adjusted based on your skin and the area being treated. Your provider will explain how the technology may be used for your specific concern.

UltraSlim

UltraSlim may be considered as part of a customized body and weight management conversation. It is a non-invasive treatment option focused on stubborn fat concerns.

Treatment recommendations are based on your goals and overall health. UltraSlim does not replace balanced nutrition, movement, or medical care.

Viora V30

Viora V30 offers non-invasive options for certain skin and body concerns, including texture, laxity, body contouring, and selected facial concerns.

Your provider will help determine whether Viora V30, another technology, or a combination approach is the right fit.

You can view more services on our Treatments page.

How Is a Treatment Plan Created?

After reviewing your concerns and health history, your provider will explain possible next steps.

Your customized plan may include:

  • A recommended treatment

  • The number of sessions

  • Suggested timing between visits

  • Expected recovery

  • Home-care instructions

  • Skincare recommendations

  • Combination treatment options

  • Progress review appointments

Some concerns may respond well to one service. Others may benefit from a series or a phased plan.

For example, a skin plan may begin with an evaluation and medical-grade skincare before adding a laser or microneedling treatment. A body contouring plan may be scheduled over multiple visits. A pigmentation concern may require careful sun protection before treatment.

The goal is to create a plan that is realistic, safe, and manageable for you.

Results vary by person. Your provider will discuss expected improvement without promising a specific outcome.

Will We Review Pricing and Package Options?

Yes.

Your consultation is an opportunity to understand the cost of your recommended plan before making a decision.

We can review:

  • Single-session pricing

  • Treatment series

  • Package options

  • Combination plans

  • Membership or promotional details, when available

  • Payment plan information

Pricing depends on the treatment, treatment area, number of sessions, and plan selected. Ask for a clear explanation of what is included.

You may also review available payment information through our payment plans page.

If you have a budget in mind, let your provider know. A phased plan may be available, depending on your needs and treatment goals.

Can I Ask Questions?

Absolutely.

Your consultation should give you time to understand your options.

Helpful questions may include:

  • Why do you recommend this treatment?

  • Are there other options?

  • How many sessions might I need?

  • What will recovery be like?

  • When might I see changes?

  • What side effects should I expect?

  • What should I avoid before treatment?

  • What home care will I need?

  • What is the total estimated cost?

  • Can I take time to decide?

You can ask questions more than once. Medical spa treatments may be new to you, and clear information matters.

Our team is here to explain the process in simple terms.

Do I Have to Start Treatment That Day?

No.

There is no pressure to commit to a treatment during your consultation.

You may choose to:

  • Begin treatment at a later appointment

  • Review your plan at home

  • Ask additional questions

  • Discuss the plan with someone you trust

  • Start with one service

  • Wait until the timing is right

A consultation is an information visit. You are welcome to take the time you need before deciding.

If you choose to move forward, our team will help schedule your treatment and explain how to prepare.

What Happens After the Consultation?

After your visit, you should understand:

  • Which treatments may be appropriate

  • What your plan may involve

  • How many sessions may be recommended

  • What results may be realistic

  • What preparation is required

  • What aftercare may be needed

  • What your estimated cost will be

You can also review our Gallery to see examples of services and treatment results. Individual outcomes vary, so your provider will help you understand what may be realistic for your skin, body, and goals.

At Regency Healing MedSpa, our physician-owned practice combines personalized care with evidence-supported aesthetic methods and advanced technology. We take time to understand what you want and help you choose an appropriate path forward.

Ready to Schedule Your Consultation?

You do not need to have every answer before your first visit.

Bring your questions. Bring your goals. Bring a list of your current medications and treatments.

We will help you begin with clear information and a plan tailored to you.
